A modular compressor station package supplied for an offshore gas compression project in West Africa.
The package was designed, fabricated, assembled and tested in our workshop before shipment. Due to limited deck space on the offshore platform, the system adopted a compact skid-mounted configuration to simplify transportation, installation and commissioning.

Scope of Supply
The supplied package included:

Main Equipment
Modular Skid System
The skid structure was designed according to offshore lifting and transportation requirements. All equipment interfaces were completed before shipment.
Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessels were manufactured in accordance with ASME requirements and subjected to required inspections and pressure testing.
Gas Separation Units
The package incorporated gas separation equipment for upstream gas processing applications.
Piping and Valve Systems
Process piping and valve assemblies were prefabricated and tested during workshop assembly to reduce offshore work.
