Large-Scale Distillation Equipment Fabrication

Equipment Details

Distillation Column Shell

Nozzles and Connections

All process nozzles, manways, and piping interfaces were manufactured according to project specifications and prepared for site installation.

Manufacturing Process

Plate Rolling

Steel plates were rolled into cylindrical sections according to the required diameter and thickness.

Welding
